Each Sunday in 2018, we will look at one book of the Bible so that we can understand how each book fits in with the capital-S “Story” of the Bible. Far from a boring, simplistic explanations of each book, these messages will help you see how the entire Bible fits together. The end-goal is that you would see this beautiful Story that God is writing & be challenged to find your place in it. There is no greater privilege that we can have than in recognizing that God has invited us to be a part of what He is doing.

We believe God’s purpose for First Baptist Church is to love the Lord God and spread His glory by intentionally making disciples of Jesus Christ in Abbeville and throughout the world.

And as long as you have breath, God wants to use you to bring glory to the name of Jesus. This life is difficult and that’s why you need a church family.
